The tools, which, depending on the metal, are made of steel C45 or 42CrMo4and tempered on the most used parts, are ready for delivery in standard 415mm, 835 mm e 805 mm measures (fractioned) and you can choose among different models of clamps now available on the market (Promecam, Trumpf/Wila, Beyler, Lvd etc.).
On request it is possible to devise special tools by means of cad systems, in order to create particular profiles that meet customers’ needs.
Spare manual and automatic intermediates are also available and are aimed at considerably reducing set-up times of your press brake.
We also offer spare shear beams, made of different materials depending on them being used with Iron or Steel.
